CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

The following credentials are necessarily required from a tutor to get registered with the Holistic Academy. For this fill in the TUTOR REGISTERATION FORM as well as send details through WhatsApp. After receiving these details, a tutor is interviewed remotely or may be invited to the academy office personally. After getting qualified the following record of a tutor is maintained by the academy.

• CNIC Front and Back
• Updated CV with clearly elaborated
• Current Complete Residence address
• Qualifications
• Experience
• Preferred Classes/Areas/Towns for Teaching
• Online Teaching Tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Online Whiteboard, Pen Tablet, etc.)
• Two References (Name and Contact number)

A short video or audio recorded message including personal introduction, qualifications and skills and how his methodology will help achieve excellent results in a particular subject. 

REGISTRATION FEE:

There is no any registration fee by the academy.

TRIAL/DEMO:

Two days trial/demo is free by the tutor. Trial days fee is not paid and fee date starts from 3^rd day. During trial all terms and conditions are discussed by the tutor with the parents/students. The tutor continues after collection of fees by the academy just after the trial is completed. 

FEE COLLECTION:

The first monthly tuition fee is collected by the academy in advance and fee share of tutor is transferred to the tutor by the academy immediately. From the second month full fee is collected by the tutor directly.

TERMINATION OF TUITION:

If due to any reason a tutor wants to terminate/discontinue the tuition it is mandatory to inform the parents/students as well as the academy as a one- month prior notice. 

REFUND POLICY:
There is no refund policy of monthly advance tuition fee.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
We expect all tutors and students to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect the privacy of our users and will only collect personal information as necessary for providing our services. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

All content provided by Holistic Academy is protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Holistic Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

By using Holistic Academy’s service(s), you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understood it, and agree with its terms and conditions.
